Dr. Feng Guo joined Indiana University Bloomington in 2017 fall as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Intelligent Systems Engineering. Before joining IU, he received his Ph.D. in Engineering Science and Mechanics in 2015 from Penn State and a Dean’s Postdoctoral Fellow training at Stanford School of Medicine. His current research interest focuses on developing intelligent biomedical devices, sensors, and systems based on microfluidics, acoustics, and AI for translational applications in autoimmune diseases, brain sciences, and cancer. Dr. Guo has published over 60 articles in journals such as Nature Methods, Nature Communication, Cell Reports, PNAS, Advanced Materials, Lab on a Chip, etc. He is a recipient of the 2020 NIH Director's New Innovator Award and an Indiana CTSI GLUE Award.
