Spring 2025 Career Fair

You're invited to join the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering Spring 2025 Career Fair! We’re excited to again join with our partners at Luddy Indianapolis. Luddy students from both campuses—Bloomington and Indianapolis—are eager to engage with leading technology organizations, investigate career possibilities, and discover the skills and qualifications needed to become a competitive candidate.

While most attendees are students (undergraduate and graduate) majoring in Informatics, Computer Science, Intelligent Systems Engineering, Data Science, Information Science, or Library Science, any Indiana University student whose coursework, skills, and interests make them a good fit for a career in technology is welcome to attend.

Employer Career Fair Registration Information

In-Person Types & Pricing

Gold Sponsor: $600
General Registration: $300
Government Agencies and Nonprofit: $200
Start-Up Company: $200 (5 or fewer employees or have been in existence for less than 3 years)
IU Office: $100

Gold Sponsor registration includes:

Premium table/booth placement for maximum visibility
Early check-in and table setup beginning at 8:30am
Customized Resume Books created for you by Luddy Career Services prior to the career fair
Invitation to share a customized employer branding video for the required Luddy Career Development Course (Y395) - ideas include virtual office tour, recruiting tips, or career advice to be shared with the corresponding curriculum
Company logo included in all career fair messaging sent to Luddy students
Company logo on career fair promotional branding and in Handshake
Company promoted on Luddy Career Services social media

Join us for our virtual skill build series that offers students the opportunity to practice and hone critical job skills.

Resume Review Skill Build (Virtual)

The Luddy Resume Review Skill Build is designed to provide students with a fresh employer perspective on their resume prior to the career fair. A representative from your organization will meet one-on-one (via Handshake) with Luddy students in 15 minute intervals to review their resume and provide feedback. There is no charge to participate.

Elevator Pitch Skill Build (Virtual)

The Elevator Pitch Skill Build is designed to provide students a practice arena to maximize the impact of introducing themselves. Employer representatives will meet one-on-one (via Handshake) with Luddy students in 10 minute intervals to listen to their Elevator Pitch and provide feedback. There is no charge to participate in this event.

Mock Interview Skill Build (Virtual)

The Mock Interview Skill Build is designed to provide students with a space to practice common interview questions and receive your feedback before recruiting season begins. A representative from your organization will meet one-on-one (via Handshake) with Luddy students in ~10 minute intervals for a short mock interview and to provide feedback from the employer perspective. There is no charge to participate in this event.

Connect with Tech (In-Person)

Luddy's Connect with Tech Networking event offers brand-building opportunities for employers and reduces barriers for Luddy students, as the dress-code is casual and students are encouraged to join between classes. Luddy students of all levels have found these networking sessions to be beneficial in their full-time and internship search, as well as career exploration to learn more about opportunities and organizations. There is no charge to participate in this event.
