Luddy Trips 2024 - 2025
Ghana
May 2025
Participants will work with a local non-profit to educate students in computer literacy and basic coding skills. This service-learning trip will involve travelling between urban schools, where students often have some experience with computing, and to rural schools where students often have no experience with computing.

Study Abroad for a semester at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), in Seoul, the capital of South Korea. Exchange students will enroll in courses in the College of Information and Communication Engineering, at SKKU and in courses in Korean language and culture.

Students interested in Human Computer Interaction or User Experience design have the opportunity to travel abroad to Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom. These students will be working with PhD students and Postdocs at Northumbria University and Newcastle University on the topic of Digital Civics, a sub-field of HCI that focuses on leveraging technologies to broaden citizen engagement with through local communities and regions.
