Dr. Feng Guo joined Indiana University Bloomington as a Tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Intelligent Systems Engineering. Before joining IU, he received his Ph.D. in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Penn State and his postdoc training from Stanford. His current research interest focuses on developing intelligent biomedical devices, sensors, and systems based on microfluidics, acoustics, and AI for translational applications in brain disorders and cancers. Dr. Guo has published over 80 articles (over 7,900 citations) in journals such as Nature Electronics, Nature Methods, Nature Biomedical Engineering, Nature Communication, PNAS, Advanced Materials, Lab on a Chip, etc. He receives the NIH Director's New Innovator Award, the Indiana CTSI GLUE Award, the Outstanding Junior Faculty Award at IU, the Luddy Faculty Fellow at IU, the Dean Postdoctoral Fellowship at Stanford School of Medicine, etc.
