Biography
Dr. Feng Guo joined Indiana University Bloomington in 2017 fall as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Intelligent Systems Engineering. Before joining IU, he received his Ph.D. in Engineering Science and Mechanics from Penn State and his postdoc training at Stanford University. His current research interest focuses on the development of intelligent biomedical devices, sensors, and systems based on microfluidics, acoustics, and AI for translational applications in autoimmune diseases, brain sciences, and cancer. Dr. Guo has published over 60 articles in journals such as Nature Methods, Nature Communication, Cell Reports, PNAS, Advanced Materials, Lab on a Chip, etc. He is a recipient of the 2020 NIH Director's New Innovator Award, the Indiana CTSI GLUE Award, the 2020-2021 Luddy Faculty Fellow at IU SCIE, the Dean Postdoctoral Fellowship at Stanford School of Medicine, etc.
