Students may have been offered travel funds upon admissions to the program (refer to your admit letter). The funds are for attending a degree related conference where the student is presenting a peer-reviewed, authored research paper/poster/demo prepared in the context of the student's academic studies. The funds may be applied for travel, hotel, mileage (car rental/taxi), meals (no-alcohol), and/or conference fees. All requests are reviewed for final approval by the Director of Graduate Studies.
