If you will be driving to Bloomington, Indiana, you will be reimbursed up to $700 for roundtrip mileage from the departure location to the Biddle Hotel, Indiana Memorial Union, 900 E. Seventh Street, Bloomington, IN 47405 at $.67 per mile for the first 500 miles and $.34 per mile for 501 miles or more. Map Quest will be used to determine the roundtrip mileage.
If you rent a car to drive to Bloomington, Indiana, you will need to submit the car rental contract showing the total amount paid. You will be reimbursed up to $700 for the car rental or roundtrip mileage, whichever is less.
